DANGER: Watch out, these guys new my name and the energy company I use, and phone number (of course!).
They were very chatty, and told me my contract was up for renewal.
I told them to email me any information and that I never do anything on the phone.
In return, they told me they would put me on the emergency tariff.
When I questioned them about that, they hung up.
IT'S COMPLETE BOLLOCKS - BUT VERY CREEPY THAT THEY KNOW MY DETAILS - NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND ENERGY SUPPLIER.
I spoke to my energy supplier and they confirmed they hadn't called me. "It definitely wasn't us".
