Pretending to be my life insurance company scottish widow. He knew my personal details (address, email name etc) He was English and asked me was it life insurance or pension when I answered he said he must have got confused. When I said he should know if it was pension or life insurance as he rang me saying he was from Scottish widow he hung up the phone.
